I want to implement a new rule to our current Rules and Regulations. I want to ensure that everyone is being updated properly when we have our monthly meets and go over the changes and updates for the team. This will be the rule:
If you are not able to make the monthly meet, you will be able to find the meeting details on the MIDNIGHTunerz forum. Please be up to date with the meeting information as we do not want anyone to fall behind as to when we are going to go to car shows, hosting or attending any other events, etc. It would be preferred if you could either reply stating you read the information or you could PM the President or the VP of the team.
The Secretary will be in charge of updating the forum with the proper information. You can only be 2 days late in updating the information. if you need any assistance, please feel free to ask the VP or President.
