Rules and Regulations

1.Everyone MUST attend Monthly Meeting unless they are working, out of town, or something important comes up which will hold them back from attending.

2. Must participate in activities (if available) such as car washes, car shows, etc.

3. Every 1st Sat of the Month will be the Monthly Meeting.

4. This is important to all Team Officials. Must put full effort into showing up to all meets. You are the backbone and the Leaders of the Team and must set an example for all new members.

5. Must show effort and also show the team that you are modifying your car and advancing with your car. There is no time limit. You are not pushed or shoved to mod your car. This will be done at your pace.

6. You must not start a relationship, couple wise, with any team member. If things go wrong, we do not want to be held responsible for anyone's feelings being hurt. If you are a couple and come into the team as a couple, that is OK.

7. Please do not make a move or flirt with any of the models. You must put forth 100% respect towards the girls because they are helping us out. If they make the first move, that is OK.

8. Their must be the up-most respect for one anothers vehicles. Please do not sit on each others vehicles. That goes for all of the officials of the team as well. We work hard for our cars to even get the slightest scratch. Again, please respect each others vehicles.

9. This team is a Drama Free environment. Any drama caused while you are in the team will result in a 1 month probational period where the team will discuss about the issue and determine if you will stay on the team or be terminated from the team.



Tasks for Assigned Members

a.President – Leads the Team with Decisions by Making sure rules and regulations are assessed. Must help Treasurer Manage Team Account. Must help Event Coordinator in searching for Events. Will also be the Main contact for Sponsors and finding sponsors

b. VP – Assists aside President. Keep everyone updated with changes to rules and regulations and dues to the team. Also will work aside the Treasurer by knowledge of the last 2 numbers of the Team account access code. Will be the secondary contact for Sponsors and possible Sponsors. Will be the Secondary under President to conduct Monthly Meetings if President not present.

c. Secretary – Will update Team member’s status; also will get down ideas and suggestions from the team meetings. Will assist with President and VP in deciding what to do with those ideas and help conduct the monthly meetings. 3rd in charge if President and VP can’t attend monthly meetings.

d. Treasurer – Keep Team Account updated with current information and send out a monthly review of the Bank Account every 2nd weekend of the month to the Pres, VP, and Secretary for backups.

e. Event Coordinator – Conducts runs, lets the team know of upcoming car shows/events, schedules Team Track night to either Firebird or Speed World, etc. Will conduct with Team Official in regards to events. Must add events to event schedule on Club Forum

f. Team Members

i. Sr. Members – 6 Months +
Will have the ability to talk directly to sponsors to purchase products.

ii. Jr. Members – 3-6 Months
Will have the ability to purchase products from sponsors at a discount price but not be able to speak directly to sponsors. Will have to go through Team Officials to be able to purchase these products.

iii. Newbie Members – 1-3 Months
Will have the ability to purchase products from sponsors at a discount price but not be able to speak directly to sponsors unless notified by the Team VP and or President. Will have to go through Team Officials to be able to purchase these products.

2. New Recruit Requirements

a. New recruit must attend all Monthly Meetings within a 2 month period and as well attend all meets per month. Must also meet all of the team members before qualified for Team Vote. Team Vote will take place the 3rd Monthly meeting. When Recruited, must pay a $30 Team entrance fee to become Newbie Member Status.


Forum Administrators

The WEB site/Forum will have a minimum of two administrator-level access positions delegated, with at least one access maintained by an elected Officer.
